At Digifeel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Digifeel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables, and perform a factory reset to remove any personal data.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
